Our Agriturismo has a restaurant service we are open from April to the end of September. It is necessary to book in advance to enjoy lunch or dinner sitting in our comfortable hall, made out of an old country building, or in the spacious veranda surrounded with green. Our traditional cuisine menu includes, in accordance with the availability of the local products, prosciutto, and salami, pork pluck, “pork head” salad, “tataliu” – a typical roast brochette of kid chitterlings- , home made pasta with tomato sauce and cheese, the tasty goat stew, roasted goat and piglet meats, made by Mario according to the old Sardinian tradition… And then our special “seadas”, fried sweets filled with “ricotta” cheese, sugar and lemon, or the traditional “seadas” with goat cheese and honey.
